Stillwaters Supper and Songs

( Except for a few special events, Stillwaters Supper and Songs has been put on hold until spring of 2020 while we remodel and upgrade the venue.  Thank you for your patience.)

Stillwaters Supper and Songs is a monthly concert series hosted by Stillwaters Foundation volunteers Mary Shapiro, Jeff Wolf and friends to “build community and create Peace through Music”.  One Saturday a month we begin with a free potluck supper at 6 pm where you can meet the performers and connect with your neighbors.   Starting around 7:00 we have a concert by professional performers.  The concert is followed by more conversation and dessert.  Last and also very important is the open mic stating around 8:30.  We invite anyone to share their talent with the audience from music to story telling, hula dancing to joke telling.  Sing to tracks or if you let us know in advance, we can usually arrange back up musicians.  The food is free because you bring it.  The open mic is free because you perform it.  All contributions received at the concert go directly to the performer.  No one is ever turned away for lack of money.  Consider helping us set up as your contribution to the performance.   Tickets support the performers only.  Disclaimer here:  We are not a commercial operation and do not officially charge.  The performers are almost always professional musicians and gratefully receive your donations to support travel, food, lodging and other expenses of a traveling musician.CD sales also go directly to the performer.  The only pay Stillwaters receives is your smile and friendship.  That, too, we gratefully receive.

All ages are always welcome, plus polite leashed pets when we are outdoors (April through October).  Big beautiful event tents provide shelter and shade so the shows go on, rain or shine.  Please join us!
